JR Coding Workshop
TechArts Empowerment Foundation offers hands-on STEM workshops designed specifically for youth ages 9–13 from underserved communities. These programs introduce students to the exciting worlds of coding, robotics, and game development in a fun, supportive, and culturally responsive environment.
Each workshop emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and real-world application. Students not only learn technical skills—they also build confidence, critical thinking, and a sense of belonging in the world of technology.

Video Game Development
In this immersive coding course disguised as a video game development studio, teens take on roles like game designer, programmer, and playtester to collaboratively build a playable game from the ground up. Using Scratch and game design principles, students will learn to think like developers and bring their creative ideas to life—all while gaining foundational programming skills.

Phenomenal Code Queens
TechArts is teaming with Phenomenal Angels of the Community and provide Scratch coding training to their members. We will be at Monroe Jr High School on November 2, 8, 15 and 22 2024.

TechArts Technology Day Camp - Coding
Embark on a coding expedition as a Code Explorer, navigating through different terrains, building coding kingdoms, and unveiling the treasures of Python. The course concludes with a grand showcase where Code Explorers proudly share their coding expeditions with parents and peers.

Empower yourself in the digital age with our "Digital Literacy for Technophobes" course! Designed for adults aged 18-99, this user-friendly program is your gateway to mastering essential technology skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Training Pilot: Digital Literacy for Adults
This is a pilot of the course: Digital Literacy for Adults. This is a test run of the course content, materials, and training before releasing it to the public. Invitation is by request. Please submit your request below. This course is free to participants but donations are always welcome.

LA Works MLK Day of Service
In 2024, L.A. Works will continue its long tradition of honoring Dr. King’s legacy by organizing the MLK 2024 Volunteer Festival: Take Action to Support our Beloved Community. This event for thousands of volunteers will feature hands-on activities to address needs within the areas of Homelessness, Education Equity, Food Insecurity, and Economic Opportunity.
