An initiative of TechArts Empowerment Foundation, the Community Café is a mobile program coming to local community spaces. We help adults and families access devices, build confidence with everyday technology, and connect with useful resources.

Borrow a device. Stay connected.
Explore Chromebook and Wi-Fi hotspot lending to help you access the internet for everyday needs, learning, and staying in touch. Lending is subject to eligibility and availability.

Build your digital confidence.
Our TechGeniuses provide patient, step-by-step guidance with basic technology tasks—such as using email, navigating websites, and becoming more comfortable with your device. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to get started.

When you need support beyond what we provide, we can help you find relevant organizations and services, including affordable device and internet options.
